Security Deposits and cancellation: Security Deposit, Cancelations. Your first payment is due at the time of reservation. This payment is applied to your total, which is due 30 days before your check-in. We do NOT offer cancelations. We recommend that you buy trip insurance. Please look into this inexpensive feature. We do not hold a security deposit, but you agree to pay for any damages that are reported. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for the damages and will report to you immediately when this occurs.
Accidental Damage Insurance: Accidental damage protection is included for any damages or accidents, subject to exclusions and limitations that occur to the premises during your rental period up to $3,000. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the leaseholder.
Trip Insurance: Two types of trip insurance are offered via TravelGuard during the online booking process. Trip insurance is optional, but we highly recommend purchasing it. You can review the specific details during online booking.
Towels and Linens: Yes. Linens for the property are provided. All bath towels, washcloths, bed sheets, pillowcases, and kitchen towels, are provided. We do not provide beach towels.
Can we check in early, drop-off our luggage OR park in the driveway? No. Our check-in time is at 4 pm EST. Please do not park in the driveway or interrupt the cleaning & inspection staff as they will be preparing multiple properties for guest arrivals. The property has an electronic lock that will coincide with the check-in time. We are on eastern time, so please plan your trip accordingly.
Do you supply toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and soaps? We provide a starter set which includes a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, a roll of toilet paper and bar soaps for each bathroom, all trash cans will be lined, a few dishwasher tablets. We do not supply laundry detergent. Guests will need to buy additional supplies for the remainder of their stay.
What small kitchen appliances and cooking utensils are provided? We have all of the standard items that you would typically find in a kitchen for preparing family meals (pots, pans, knives, etc.) including a toaster, microwave, coffee pot and blender.
Where do we pick up the keys or obtain property access information? All cabins/condos have electronic locks so there is no key pick-up. Access codes for the home (and/or applicable gate codes) will be sent via email prior to your arrival. Driving directions will also be sent at this time.
Who do I call for a problem after arrival? Our local contact information will be provided via email
Cleaning Fee: The Cleaning covers non-rental fees associated with preparing the home for a guest stay. This includes cleaning, inspections, inventory management, supply set-up, outdoor preparation and other tasks associated with preparing the home for guest arrival.
Inclement Weather: WEATHER / There are no refunds for inclement weather. This home is located in the mountains. It is recommended that you come prepared for snow during the winter months with 4 wheel drive and/or snow chains.
